Haha!
Look for a nice discussion about those two films in an upcoming podcast. I think you will enjoy the banter.

Kung Fu Panda was for a broader audience. You have characters that you could relate to and it had a story that was more compelling. It had much, much more action and intensity. And as far as I’m concerned, more humor. Now that doesn’t mean that Wall-E was bad. It was warm and captivating but rather childish in my opinion. The two movies are very close in quality but completely different in my mind. I think a lot of people believe any Pixar film equals additional thumbs up just because it's Pixar. And Dreamworks lackluster history, equals thumbs down. But as far as I’m concerned, any additional Pixar thumbs up doesn’t bring Wall-E up to Kung Fu Panda’s level. I hope you Fanboys cry.

KFP was alright, WALL-E was 1000x better and I can't wait to see it walk away with Oscar gold come Feb 22 while KFP goes home empty handed. Let's not forget that WALL-E has won numerous Best Picture awards and KFP is still only winning animation awards. Too bad, so sad, DreamWorks bought one awards show but they can't buy The Oscars.

Good to see Kevin Kiner get a nomination for his work this past year. Though not surprised to see that is the only Clone Wars mention.
